Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located on-site in Doha. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property sales and rentals, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and property developers, conducting market research, evaluating property values, and negotiating deals. Additional tasks include preparing and presenting documents for real estate transactions, liaising with legal and financial professionals, and staying updated with industry trends.

  • Market research and property evaluation skills
  • Document preparation and presentation skills
  • Liaison capabilities with legal and financial professionals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Relevant certifications in real estate or related fields is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate industry, particularly commercial real estate, is preferred
