Location: Qatar

Proztec Qatar is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the manpower and staffing solutions sector. If you have a passion for business development and strong experience in client acquisition within the manpower, recruitment, or outsourcing industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client manpower requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular management reports
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong understanding of manpower outsourcing and client servicing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
