Company Overview:

ALGO Systems Qatar is a leading systems integrator with over 12 years of experience in the GCC market, specializing in Traffic Signals, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Smart City Projects. We are currently seeking a skilled Maximo Operator to join our technical operations team immediately in Doha.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the IBM Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for ITS and Traffic Signal projects.
  • Create, track, and close work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and fault reports in Maximo.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates of asset details, maintenance logs, and performance KPIs.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for maintenance activities and system performance.
  • Coordinate with field teams, engineers, and supervisors to ensure proper workflow and documentation.
  • Support system audits, data integrity checks, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain user access permissions and assist in troubleshooting system-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Candidates currently residing in Qatar.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maximo Operator or CMMS Administrator in a maintenance or ITS-related project.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo system operation and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • NOC: Must be available to transfer sponsorship.
  • Language: Arabic speaker preferred; English fluency required.
  • Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
