Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE within construction, contracting, or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and standards at the workplace.
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, or unsafe acts.
- Ensure that all workers adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in preparing and updating risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions regularly.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Maintain all HSE documentation, records, and reports in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with site management, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance.
- Assist in emergency preparedness planning and conduct periodic emergency drills.
- Promote a strong safety culture and environmental awareness among all employees.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: QAR3, QAR3,500.00 per month
