URGENT HIRING

We are seeking a ready to join, reliable and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Assistant Storekeeper to manage inventory and stock levels for our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of products in line with company policies and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality of goods
  • Maintain organized storage of all food and beverage items
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as necessary
  • Ensure proper labeling and rotation (FIFO method) to minimize waste
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using [Google sheet, Microsoft Excel, ERP software]
  • Conduct regular stock audits and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with purchasing and kitchen teams to fulfill requisitions efficiently
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in all storage areas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a food and beverage or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management systems
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards and handling procedures
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in storekeeping or inventory management is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
