Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager at MASH Global, located in Doha, Qatar. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing project performance, coordinating with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met, and identifying opportunities to drive client success. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring clear communication between clients and the agency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in client relationship management, account management, and customer service
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and media planning
- Proficiency in social media management and influencer marketing techniques
- Exceptional project management skills, including organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and trends in the digital landscape
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment
- Previous experience in the digital marketing or branding industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
