WAY2FIX, a leading Apple Service & Repair Center in Qatar, is looking for an Arabic Female Receptionist to join our team in Doha.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations smoothly while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and handle front desk reception duties.
  • Receive incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, Social media and walk-in customers.
  • Book service appointments and record customer details accurately.
  • Coordinate with technicians and follow up on ongoing repairs.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, filing, and maintaining customer records.
  • Assist customers with service updates and delivery coordination.

Requirements:

  • Female, Arabic-speaking (fluent).
  • Good communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Pleasant personality and customer service mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, typing, invoicing).
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask and social media accounts
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4, QAR4,500.00 per month
