Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events and ensuring smooth on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to completion.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Manage event timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Arab nationals only.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-site during events.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
