Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for an Assistant Sales Manager in the Ecommerce-to-Business (E2B) division. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the ecommerce-to-business sector. Daily tasks will include monitoring sales metrics, coordinating with internal teams to align business objectives, and providing exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective clients. The role also involves contributing to the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management with a focus on ecommerce or business-to-business processes, well experience in Oil and Gas Companies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to ecommerce and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Analytical skills for evaluating sales data, market trends, and developing strategies.
  • Leadership, organization, and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the Telecom, electronics or appliances sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the local market in Qatar and fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
