Job Title:
Digital Change & Adoption Lead

Location:
Qatar

Contract Term: 9 months (extendable based on project needs).

Overview:

The Digital Change & Adoption Lead will support the Client Digital Delivery Office (DDO) in driving adoption of digital solutions, data platforms, and new ways of working across the organisation. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication activities to ensure the success and sustainability of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the DDO's Adoption & Change Management (ACM) strategy across digital initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, engagement sessions, and readiness assessments to identify adoption risks and dependencies.
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement plans tailored to different audiences and project phases.
  • Coordinate training and knowledge-transfer activities with project teams and entity representatives.
  • Support resistance management and mitigation plans to ensure smooth transition and user buy-in.
  • Apply structured change management implementation to priority DDO programmes (e.g., Digital Observatory, AI Factory, Talent Network Solution).
  • Track adoption progress through measurement and reporting dashboards and feedback loops.
  • Support sustainment planning to reinforce adoption and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in organisational change management, digital transformation, or user adoption programmes.
  • Strong experience leading digital change and adoption initiatives in large or complex organisations, ideally in public sector, education, or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success in driving user adoption of new digital platforms, data tools, and process automation solutions.
  • Hands-on delivery experience in stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and training programme design.
  • Familiarity with digital operating models, enterprise transformation frameworks, and agile delivery environments.
  • Certification in change management (e.g. PROSCI, APMG, ACMP) preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (Arabic an advantage).
