Role Summary
We are looking for a
Digital Performance Manager
who owns
profitable growth
across all paid digital channels. This role is accountable for
revenue, CAC efficiency and scalable acquisition
, not just traffic or clicks.
You will plan, execute, optimize, and scale performance marketing investments while working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Finance teams to ensure growth is
measurable, efficient and repeatable
.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Performance Ownership
- Own
performance marketing strategy
across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, marketplaces where relevant).
- Drive
revenue growth while protecting CAC and margins
.
- Build and manage
testing roadmaps
(audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers).
- Identify and scale
high-performing cohorts
, and decisively stop underperforming initiatives.
Budget & ROI Management
- Own performance marketing budgets with clear
ROI accountability
.
- Continuously optimize spend to improve
ROAS, CPA, and LTV/CAC ratios
.
- Forecast impact of spend changes on
revenue and profitability
.
- Partner with Finance to ensure
performance spend aligns with P&L targets
.
Analytics & Insights
- Track and report on key metrics: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, retention impact, cohort performance.
- Build actionable dashboards that
lead to decisions
, not vanity reporting.
- Diagnose performance issues across the funnel (traffic → conversion → repeat).
- Use data to challenge assumptions and improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Digital Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to ensure creatives are
performance-led
.
- Collaborate with Product/UX teams to improve landing pages and conversion journeys.
- Partner with CRM/Retention teams to maximize LTV from acquired users.
- Align with leadership on growth priorities and trade-offs.

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Revenue contribution from paid channels
- Conversion rate improvement
- LTV / CAC ratio
- Cost efficiency by channel and cohort
Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have
- 5+ years in
performance marketing / growth roles
.
- Proven ownership of
paid media budgets with revenue accountability
.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads (hands-on).
- Deep understanding of
funnels, attribution, and cohort analysis
.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and dashboarding skills.
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or subscription businesses.
- Knowledge of attribution tools (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
- Experience working closely with CRM and retention teams.
- Exposure to regional markets (GCC or similar high-CAC environments).
