Position Summary
The Promoter is responsible for representing the company's brand, products, and services directly to customers. This role focuses on driving awareness, generating leads, encouraging product adoption, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Promoters engage with potential customers at designated locations, explain key features and benefits, and support sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote the company's products/services at assigned locations (malls, stores, events, pop-ups, outdoor activations).
- Approach customers in a professional and engaging manner to create interest and increase brand awareness.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and usage.
- Demonstrate the product (where applicable) to encourage customer interaction.
- Support in generating leads, registering customers, or guiding them through the purchase process.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and compliant promotional stand or display area.
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, samples).
- Report daily performance, customer feedback, issues, and sales data to the supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, company rules, and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet assigned targets.
- Gather customer insights and share improvement suggestions with management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a promoter, sales representative, merchandiser, or brand ambassador.
- Strong Arabic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to understand product details and explain them clearly.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event schedules.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR3, QAR4,500.00 per month
