Job Summary:

We are inviting female candidates for an internship opportunity as an Operations/ Support Executive in our Vehicle Tracking Division. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to gain practical exposure to IoT, GPS tracking systems, and operational support. The candidate will assist in system monitoring, client coordination, and administrative activities under the guidance of the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations on the vehicle tracking platform.
  • Coordinate with clients and field technicians for GPS installation and service updates.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor system or connectivity issues.
  • Prepare and analyze tracking reports such as vehicle movement, idling, and alerts.
  • Maintain updated records of installed devices, SIM cards, and client details.
  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp communication, and email support in a professional manner.
  • Assist with general office and documentation tasks.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, email handling, and computer operations.
  • Interest in vehicle tracking, IoT, or operations management will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams efficiently.
