We are hiring an experienced Commis I to join the Pastry and Bakery team of a prestigious luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. Candidates with a solid background in pastry preparation or bakery operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and baking pastries, desserts, and bakery items
  • Support senior pastry chefs and follow instructions carefully
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery
  • Store ingredients and baked goods properly to minimize waste
  • Assist with plating and presentation to ensure consistency

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury hotel pastry or bakery operations
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Team-oriented and proactive
  • Must be residing in Doha, Qatar with a valid visa and QID
