Objective:

This position is responsible for executing and supporting day-to-day loyalty and CRM operations across Club Apparel. The role contributes to campaign implementation, mobile app management, customer insights, and project coordination to enhance customer engagement and program performance.

Key Responsibility:

Project Management

  • Assist in managing loyalty-related system projects and feature updates.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document outcomes, and track project deliverables.

Campaign Execution

  • Implement loyalty campaigns across SMS, email, and in-app channels in coordination with marketing and brand teams.
  • Draft campaign content templates and frameworks following brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and assist in generating post-campaign reports.

Admin Tool & Mobile App Maintenance

  • Maintain loyalty admin tools and update brand-level collaterals within the Club Apparel app.
  • Ensure timely publishing of product visuals, creatives, and other digital assets.
  • Coordinate with design teams for asset creation and user experience improvement.

Customer Feedback & Reporting

  • Collect and compile NPS feedback, and escalate recurring issues to relevant teams.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly loyalty MIS and performance dashboards.
  • Assist in developing customer segments for targeted CRM initiatives.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Collate and update loyalty-related creatives, artworks, and marketing collaterals.
  • Support in coordinating campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain brand FAQs, loyalty program documentation, and campaign archives.

Desired Experience:

  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in customer loyalty and CRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and support campaign execution across departments.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs through targeted loyalty initiatives and CRM programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
