Derrick Operations Leadership·       Supervise all derrick operations duringdrilling, casing, and tripping·       Direct floormen and roughnecks inpipe handling and racking·       Monitor load weights and derrickstructural integrity2. Drilling Support·       Oversee BHA makeup/breakout inderrick·       Manage mud mixing/transfer operations·       Ensure proper stabbing boardprocedures3. Safety & Compliance·       Enforce Qatar Energy (QP) DROPSprogram (Dropped Object Prevention)·       Conduct daily derrick inspections (cables,sheaves, safety equipment)·       Implement emergency evacuation plans forderrick crew4. Equipment Maintenance·       Supervise lubrication and minorrepairs of derrick equipment·       Coordinate with mechanical crew formajor repairs RequirementsQualifications & CertificationsMandatory:·       5+ years offshore experience (3+ as Derrickman/Foreman)·       IWCF Level 2 Well Control Certification·       BOSIET/FOET with HUET (Offshore Survival & HUET)·       QP Medical CertificatePreferred:·       Rigging/Slinging Certification·       Arabic language skills (advantage for Qatari crews)
