RequirementsQualifications & Skills·       5+ years as a crane operator (offshore experience preferred).·       Proven ability to operate KnuckleBoom, Hydraulic Pedestal, or Davit Cranes.·       Familiarity with dynamic load charts (accountingfor vessel motion).·       Fluency in rigging/slinging practices andload calculations.·       Ability to pass random drug/alcoholtests (strict offshore policies). Benefits·       Day Rate ($90–$120/day due to hazard pay and rotation).·       Critical role /Insurance Coverage : In rig stability and supply chain (no crane = nooperations) – Employer responsibility·       Certification renewal (Employer responsibility while on job).Note: Jackup crane operators must be exceptionally alert—mistakescan lead to catastrophic dropped objects or collisions incongested deck areas.
