Junior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Doha Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements for materials.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate project costings.
  • Monitor and report on project expenses and variations.
  • Work closely with senior quantity surveyors to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in roadworks or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of roadworks construction processes and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with quantity surveying software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Qatar is an advantage.
  • Must be in Qatar, holding a valid Qatari Id, transferable visa
