Overview

Perseptex is seeking a highly respected physician to serve as a Senior Medical Advisor in Qatar. This role is ideal for a clinician with strong credibility, deep understanding of Qatar's healthcare environment, and a commitment to improving clinical efficiency and workforce capacity. The Senior Medical Advisor will support evidence-based evaluation of Perseptex's technology, contribute to research or case studies, and represent Perseptex at clinical and academic events across Qatar.

ResponsibilitiesClinical & Scientific Insight

  • Contribute to research initiatives, case studies, or clinical evaluations demonstrating the impact of Perseptex's AI systems.
  • Present findings and educational content at medical conferences, grand rounds, and professional forums in Qatar.
  • Communicate the clinical relevance and scientific rigor of Perseptex's solutions in an evidence-based, physician-centered manner.

Healthcare System Improvement

  • Advise hospitals and clinics on opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance staff capacity.
  • Provide clinical insight into how AI-enabled tools can support care teams, improve key quality indicators, and strengthen patient safety.
  • Offer informed understanding of Qatar's clinical practices, system priorities (e.g., related to the National Health Strategy), and regulatory expectations.

Strategic Medical Advisory

  • Guide Perseptex on Qatar's healthcare priorities, operational challenges, and the realities of care delivery across public (e.g., Hamad Medical Corporation) and private sectors.
  • Support the development of materials that accurately reflect Qatar's clinical environment and resonate with local clinicians.
  • Ensure all clinical guidance aligns with ethical standards and evidence-based practice.
  • Experience collaborating with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) or similar national health authorities is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Physician (MD/MBBS) with significant clinical experience and professional credibility in Qatar.
  • Experience serving on advisory boards or providing medical consulting within Qatar's healthcare sector (preferred).
  • Demonstrated involvement in clinical research, system improvement, or quality initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, hospital operations, and Qatar's health regulatory framework (MoPH licensing, etc.).
  • Native or near-native Arabic proficiency (required).
  • Fluent English listening and speaking ability required, given the international nature of Perseptex and the healthcare sector in Qatar.
  • Clear communicator able to engage clinicians, administrators, and healthcare leaders.
