Our renowned establishment is looking for an experienced PASTRY CHEF to join our dynamic team immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods with consistency and flair
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization
  • Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies
  • Train and supervise junior pastry staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
  • Valid QID with NOC
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
