POSITION: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (DIGITAL)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Head the communication between your client and your team to understand what they expect performance wise and then develop a plan on how to execute said goals.
• Monitor your client's online presence.
• Draw up digital performance reports on a regular basis.
• Develop plans for improving their online performance.
• Use analytical tools/software to track digital metrics.
• Delegate tasks for maximum efficiency.
• Keep up to date with the social media industry and track trends to possibly implement.

In addition to the core responsibilities mentioned above, a Social Media Manager - Digital may be required to possess the following skills related to content creation:

• Photography and Videography: Experience in capturing and creating visual content for social media platforms such as taking photos and filming videos that align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Copywriting: Ability to write compelling copy that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging across various social media platforms
• Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or iMovie to edit and produce high-quality videos for social media.
• Analytics and Insights: Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and leverage insights to improve content strategy, optimize campaigns, and drive business objectives.
• SEO and SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles and how they apply to social media content creation to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and engagement.
• Influencer Marketing: Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and strategies to collaborate with influencers and develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
