We are seeking a
Contracts & Agreements Specialist
as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in
Qatar
and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and maintain contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Management) to support contract negotiations and project delivery.
  • Evaluate and monitor contractor claims, variations, and payment applications, providing recommendations and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence, progress reports, and performance dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment with client and project requirements.
  • Support dispute resolution, contract closure, and final account processes, maintaining records and ensuring timely resolution of commercial issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracts, preferably in GCC countries.
  • Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, and Entities.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Arabic preferred.
  • Full Computer Literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.
  • Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
