The role will be the driving force behind the company's data-driven decision-making process harnessing the power of data to provide actionable insights, inform strategy, and enhance operational efficiency. The role will be responsible for establishing the data foundation essential for digitization and building requisite intelligence into solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage the overall activities pertaining to the development of data governance/architecture and data opportunities, tracking, and following up with digital and data projects/initiatives supporting digital projects and capabilities.
• Interpret the digital strategy and related initiatives, ensuring a seamless alignment of QAFCO's overall data and analytics strategy to drive transformative outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to comprehensively understand data requirements integral to proposed digital initiatives, ensuring data-driven success.

• Develop efficient and effective data models and solutions that cater to the unique needs of the business, optimizing data utilization for enhanced decision-making.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop analytics for every digital initiative, addressing redundancies and ensuring streamlined data processes.
• Provide expert guidance to the data architect in defining policies, standards, procedures, models, and technologies, fostering a robust data governance framework.
• Collaborate with the data architect in designing, creating, deploying, and managing QAFCO's data architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Compelling Data Visualization: Craft clear and compelling visualizations to empower businesses with actionable insights, fostering innovation, process optimization, and adaptability to the evolving digital landscape.
• Provide strategic guidance for the development of data models that generate actionable insights, effectively addressing complex business challenges.
• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the organization's business objectives.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, facilitating informed decision-making and driving business growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and technologies, evaluating their potential to improve data analysis capabilities.
• Drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, and implementing security measures.
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to optimize data infrastructure, systems, and tools for efficient data collection, storage, and analysis and to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards and insights for decision-making.
• Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years direct and relevant experience.
• Certifications in data management systems and analytics tools will be added as an advantage.
