Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a courteous manner
  • Take orders and serve food & beverages efficiently and accurately
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions
  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and set up properly
  • Handle payments and follow cash handling procedures
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar waitressing role preferred
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure (busy shifts)
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Reliable and punctual
