Mechanical Sales Engineer – Pumping, Waster Water Treatment, Plumbing & Drainage Systems

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The selected candidate will manage sales and technical operations for pumping stations, plumbing and drainage systems, and advanced wastewater treatment technologies, representing leading German and European brands in the water and wastewater sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update all CRM and ERP sales data.

Develop and maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and target achievements.

Conduct site visits and arrange meetings with consultants, contractors, and main contractors in both public and private sectors.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial documentation with support from the back-office application team.

Coordinate with supply chain, technical, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.

Follow up for customer satisfaction and after-sales success.

Ensure all project submittals, approvals, and documentation are properly completed and aligned with requirements.

Requirements:

A candidate must have a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent, with proven experience in mechanical engineering and technical sales.

Around three (3) years of experience in Qatar in same or similar field

Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory.

Arabic language proficiency – Mandatory.

Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects effectively.
