What's the job?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you are responsible to supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving the operational objectives while ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel meet the requirements specified and your role. Promote the desired work culture by living the 5 winning ways value – Do the Right thing, Show we care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work better together. 

Your Day-to-day:

  • Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignment
  • Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants
  • Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions
  • Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant
  • Receive special requests from guests and carry them out
  • Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported

What We Need From You :

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel
  • Experience in effective learning and development methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Additional language is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated along with a positive attitude
