About the Role

Arkan Marketing is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly creative Creative Director
to lead our content and creative operations. This role is central to shaping how brands communicate, sell, and scale through compelling content and integrated marketing strategies.

You will lead the creative department and work closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into powerful creative ideas, clear strategies, and high-performing execution. The role requires a balance of visionary thinking, hands-on leadership, fast execution, and strong commercial awareness to ensure creative output delivers real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Brand Leadership

  • Lead and manage the creative department, including content creators, designers, and copywriters.
  • Define, develop, and evolve brand identities, tone of voice, and visual standards for agency clients.
  • Ensure all creative output across digital content, social media, performance ads, websites, and product campaigns is brand-consistent, conversion-focused, and strategically aligned.

Content & Creative Strategy

  • Develop and oversee strategic content frameworks for businesses, products, and services.
  • Translate client and business objectives into clear, creative strategies and execution plans.
  • Lead ideation sessions, brainstorming workshops, and creative reviews to generate high-impact concepts.
  • Guide the creation of product- and performance-driven content that increases awareness, engagement, and sales.

Team & Execution Leadership

  • Review, guide, and approve creative deliverables to maintain high quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, account management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Drive fast, efficient execution while maintaining strong creative standards.
  • Present creative direction, concepts, and strategies to clients when required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency experience required).
  • Strong background in content, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial and performance understanding.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Must be currently living in Qatar.
