Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with major clients, media agencies, PR firms, and brand marketing teams.
- Develop and launch new revenue streams across digital media, content platforms, and commercial partnerships.
- Identify high-value collaborations that elevate brand engagement and drive commercial performance.
- Lead monthly revenue delivery in core markets and support expansion into new regions.
- Craft compelling sales pitches, commercial proposals, and strategic presentations.
- Pitch innovative media and content solutions to brands and agencies.
- Develop tailored commercial concepts that position the company as a preferred media partner.
- Produce high-quality pitch decks, campaign reviews, and seasonal commercial packages.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new offerings aligned with market needs.
- Conduct financial, economic, and market analysis to assess risks and uncover opportunities.
- Review and optimize sales, marketing, vendor, and commercial operations for efficiency and growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial and business development team.

What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles - preferably in media, advertising, digital content, AdTech, or related sectors.
- Strong record of revenue generation, partnership development, and building winning commercial strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to elevate team performance.
- Highly detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and resourceful.
