Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned's Club, a private members' club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Restaurant Manager
to lead our
Italian restaurant operations
. The ideal candidate will bring authentic Italian hospitality, a deep understanding of Italian cuisine and culture, and exceptional leadership skills to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver authentic Italian hospitality
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and budgeting to achieve financial targets
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus and specials
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, ideally in an Italian restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and service traditions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English; Italian language fluency is highly preferred
  • Customer-focused with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
