General Role

Responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring in the ministry. The role promotes evidence-based governance and ensures alignment with national priorities.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and maintain reporting systems that reflect government strategies and sectoral objectives.

· Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights for senior officials.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting practices.

· Develop interactive dashboards and visualization tools to support strategic oversight.

· Contribute to public policy formulation through data-driven reporting and impact assessments.

· Ensure compliance with government planning cycles and reporting mandates.

Required Experience

· Minimum 15+ years of experience in strategic reporting or performance analysis, including at least 3 years in a role within a Qatari government entity.

· Experience in aligning local reporting systems with international standards and benchmarks.

· Strong understanding of government planning processes and reporting requirements.

· Background in policy impact analysis and strategic communication with government stakeholders.

· Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10, QAR15,000.00 per month
