Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
  • Help in preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related queries.
  • Learn and assist in HR policies and compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Quick learner with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
