Event Organizer

- Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of company or client events.
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, catering, transportation, accommodation, and materials.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Oversee on-site event operations and provide support to attendees and staff.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.
- Prepare event reports and post-event evaluations.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to event documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and guests.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or public relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Familiarity with local venues, suppliers, and event procedures in Qatar is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic event management tools.
- Valid Qatar ID or transferable visa (preferred).

- Able to speak Arabic and English
- Presentable and professional
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: QAR QAR200.00 per day
