  • Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of company or client events.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, catering, transportation, accommodation, and materials.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Oversee on-site event operations and provide support to attendees and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.
  • Prepare event reports and post-event evaluations.
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to event documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and guests.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or public relations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Familiarity with local venues, suppliers, and event procedures in Qatar is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic event management tools.
  • Valid Qatar ID or transferable visa (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Able to speak Arabic and English
  • Presentable and professional

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: QAR QAR200.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 per week
