Manage and deliver technology projects. Requirements In depth skills in delivering technology projects includingIT Infrastructure, Applications and oncloud.Develop, maintain, and update relevant project documentsincluding project charter, risk register, timelines, budget and staffing.Set and tracks project milestones; manage and mitigateunforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectations as needed.Establish and implement the project communication plans,provide status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.Consistently collect, analyses, and summarize informationand trends as needed to prepare project status reports.Assign duties and responsibilities and oversees workflowof project staff.Oversee the day -to -day project activities and respond tostakeholder's queries.Conduct project performance evaluations that are timelyand constructive.Handle and resolve project disciplinary issues as neededand in accordance with company policy.Proven experience to execute the complex and multi -vendorIT solutions end -to -end.Performs other related duties as assigned.Administrative and Technical OutsourcingCollaborates with stakeholders to document project scope,deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.Ensures that projects remain in -scope and meet budgetary,scheduling, and quality requirements.Creates, manages, and distributes project communicationsartifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets.Provides project status updates at predetermined timeintervals to all stakeholders.Communicates routinely to management, customers, projectteam members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customerand project team feedback.Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities relatedto the project, including subcontractor monitoring.Develop project control and reporting procedures andmanage changes in operational plan.Plans and leads status review meetings, which may includeinternal team members, vendors, and customers.Responsible for training, managing, and motivating theproject team, as well as resolving team conflicts.Resolves technical and operational issues as required. General Requirements10+ years of relevant experienceBachelors / master's degree in computer science or EquivalentCertified PMP, ITIL, TOGAF (preferred).Provenskills and experience in the similar role.Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal.Abilityto convey complex technical information concisely.A highlevel of motivation in learning new technologies.Hardworker, self -motivated and result -driven individual.Willingto work in non -standard working hours.Abilityto work well in groups and independently.Stronganalytical and problem -solving skills.
