Responsibilities

  • Work along with Lead of Digital Business Solutions Programs to develop and implement the ongoing DBS Strategy
  • Ensure effective project and program management approaches are embedded within DBS Deliver.
  • Help develop effective engagement with business leading to successful active management of requirements, current demand and applying industry best practices to project management.
  • Build and develop positive reputation for DBS Programs by acting as an ambassador when dealing with other colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team; ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 8+ years experience in IT and at least 3 years in a project leadership role
  • 5 years experience as part of an Oil & Gas organization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong understanding of the core processes of an Oil & Gas company
  • Strong relationship and negotiation capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
