1.     Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Architectural Intern with strong Revit skills to support our design and documentation team on projects governed by FIDIC-based contracts. The role offers exposure to structured project workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and compliance with international standards.

2.     Scope of Work

Under supervision of the Architect or Engineer (as defined by FIDIC), the intern will assist in:

Preparing architectural drawings and BIM models using Autodesk Revit

·       
Supporting design development in line with Employer's Requirements and Contractor's Proposals

·       
Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure compatibility and constructability

·       
Assisting in the preparation of Schedules of Work, Drawings, and Specifications

·       
Participating in site visits and contributing to Inspection Reports and Progress Documentation

·       
Supporting the team in maintaining Records, Submittals, and Correspondence in accordance with FIDIC procedures

3.     Candidate Requirements

·       
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or related field

·       
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (essential); knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Suite is a plus

·       
Familiarity with basic construction documentation and project lifecycle

·       
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows

·       
Good communication skills and willingness to learn contractual and regulatory frameworks

·       
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

4.     Learning Outcomes
