Role Overview

CTS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Arabic-speaking IT Senior Executive Engineer to join our growing sales and business development team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will act as a technical consultant and solution advisor, bridging the gap between complex technology offerings and customer business needs.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen, sales expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate CTS's solution portfolio to clients, demonstrate value, and close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a technical sales consultant, providing pre-sales support and customized IT solution presentations.

* Conduct market research to identify and develop new business opportunities within Qatar.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment between customer needs and CTS's solution capabilities.

* Present and promote CTS's solution offerings, including Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, RPA, Data Analytics, and Robotics.

* Develop and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

* Collaborate with internal teams for solution development and technical documentation.

* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

* Provide feedback to product and business teams for solution improvement and market adaptation.

* Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

* Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).

* Minimum 2 years of proven IT Sales experience in Qatar.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

* Ambitious, career-oriented, and willing to take on higher job responsibilities within one year of employment.

* Understanding of technology domains such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Analytics is an advantage.
