Responsibilities

  • Review and log recruitment requests submitted by clients.

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry networks.

  • Advertise job vacancies on the company's career website and other approved channels.

  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Prepare and format CVs in line with the company's standard template.

  • Submit shortlisted candidates to clients via SAP system.

  • Support CV sourcing for tender and proposal requirements.

  • Manage recruitment trackers and ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Coordinate with the TAS Coordinator regarding details of newly selected candidates.

  • Prepare recruitment reports.

  • Develop and maintain a talent pool of skilled professionals for both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Promote the company's values and career opportunities to enhance employer branding and strengthen market reputation.

Profile

  • Minimum 2-year diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably within the oil & gas or heavy industries.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with visa, work permit, and mobility processes in Qatar is an advantage.

  • Experience with overseas recruitment is preferred.

  • Proficient in computer applications.
