Info Center Networks and Communications W.L.L. is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in ICT infrastructure, ELV systems, and network integration services. We deliver end-to-end solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ensuring innovation, reliability, and excellence in every engagement.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager – ICT & ELV to oversee daily operations, manage technical teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects within time, quality, and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all operational aspects of ICT and ELV projects (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, network systems, etc.).
  • Plan, organize, and supervise project execution from initiation to handover.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects in line with company quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability metrics.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, progress reports, and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the department

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3* –5 years of experience* in operations or project management within ICT and ELV sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Valid Qatar driving license (advantage).
