Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef, who is expereinced with Mediterranean & Arabic Cuisine to lead our culinary team at our prestigious fine dining restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Menu creation and Development

Food preparation and presentation

Kitchen Management

Quality Control and Consistency

Culinary Team Leadership
