Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Al-Balagh IT Solutions Division. The role involves managing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal technical teams and partners to deliver value-driven technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for IT infrastructure, software, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise, government, and semi-government organizations.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and vendor technologies.
  • Work with principal partners and distributors to align go-to-market strategies and ensure compliance with vendor programs.
  • Regularly forecast and report sales performance to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution or technology sales within Qatar.
  • Proven success in selling to enterprise, government, or oil & gas clients.
  • Understanding of IT domains such as cloud, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work as a team.
  • Valid QID and Qatar driving license.
