Purpose

Represent MORIANO Brand and shop in the Qatari market. Own the customer journey end-to-end, delivering a unique clothing design experience.. Create the highest level of customer satisfaction from the moment the customer enters the shop, building strong customer bonds to convert leads into paid jobs (and recurring business). Co-create with the customer, keeping them informed at every step, while sharing the craft of clothing design with them.

Key responsibilities

· Welcome customers, understand needs and explain services, prices and timelines in clear language

· Create unique clothing design experiences, engaging the customer at every step

· Prepare garments and capture precise notes during fittings with the Head Tailor

· Create quotes, issue invoices, take payments and reconcile daily cash and POS

· Manage the appointment calendar and the order tracker. Send WhatsApp updates on status and collection

· Proactively contact customers when fittings or collections are due. Reduce no shows

· Resolve routine issues at the counter. Escalate exceptions to the General Manager

· Keep the shop floor presentable. Maintain displays and simple promotions

· Capture reviews after collection and build repeat business through timely follow up

· Assist with simple measurements and pinning under Head Tailor supervision

· Share practical insights from experience in a tailoring or alterations shop to improve service scripts (preferred)

· Support local outreach events and trunk shows using contacts in menswear preferred

Minimum requirements

· Three to eight years in (fashion) retail sales or service with sales targets and daily cash handling

· Customer centric mindset that thrives for service excellence

· Comfortable in co-designing clothing with the customer

· Willing to learn basic tailoring design elements (consultative only)

· Strong interpersonal skills and clear written notes for production

· Comfortable with POS and basic spreadsheets

· Fluent English and Arabic
