Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Staff (Male and Female) to join our facility management team in Qatar. The ideal candidates will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in assigned areas while maintaining company standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
  • Clean and disinfect washrooms, offices, corridors, and public areas.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used, maintained, and stored.
  • Collect and dispose of waste in designated areas.
  • Refill and maintain cleaning materials, soap, tissue, and other consumables.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and report any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Maintain a professional and polite attitude toward clients and colleagues.
  • Carry out any additional cleaning or housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial, residential, or facility cleaning (preferred).
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
  • Willing to work in shifts and flexible schedules as required.
  • Basic communication skills in English or Arabic preferred.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.
  • Local candidates in Qatar with valid QID / NOC will be prioritized.
