Position: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Supervisor oversees the daily cleaning operations of a facility, ensuring that cleanliness standards are met and maintained. This role involves supervising cleaning staff, scheduling shifts, inspecting work quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas.
  • Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance issues.
  • Report maintenance issues or hazards to management.
  • Respond to client or management feedback and resolve complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR2, QAR2,500.00 per month
