Job Overview:

Edoxi Training Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Speaking Trainer (Arabic) to deliver high-impact training programs in Arabic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication, presentation excellence, and coaching learners to become confident, persuasive, and effective public speakers in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical Public Speaking and Presentation Skills sessions in Arabic to individuals and corporate clients.
  • Train learners in areas such as body language, voice modulation, speech organization, confidence building, and audience engagement.
  • Customize course content and delivery methods to suit learner needs, levels, and professional backgrounds.
  • Conduct role-plays, speech simulations, and interactive exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback, assess learner progress, and support continuous improvement.
  • Incorporate real-world examples and case studies to make sessions relevant and impactful.
  • Collaborate with the Training Management team to refine curriculum and improve overall learner experience.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages participation and self-expression.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong command of Modern Standard Arabic.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Public Speaking, Soft Skills, or Communication Skills Trainer.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire learners with varying confidence levels.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
  • Certification in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or related credentials (preferred).

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional Arabic oratory and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of public speaking techniques and communication psychology.
  • Confidence coaching and voice development expertise.
  • Empathy, patience, and ability to handle diverse learner profiles.
  • Creativity in designing engaging activities and workshops.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR QAR50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
