Perform a variety of duties related to Budget, Data Management, Electronic Invoice Processing, Cost Recoveries and provide support to the Budget and Cost Controller, Business Analysts and Head of Business Support in terms of Call-off Order requests, Purchases, QP External and HL Dept. Internal Training Need requirements.
Required Experience and Skills- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Share information with key stakeholders regarding the reports available
- Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and prioritize work for self and the Head of Business Support in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities, meet strict deadlines and pays attention to detail
- Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a secretarial / administrative/ executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft office with the ability to learn new software applications
- Customer service support with good telephone protocol & good communication skills.
