Estimator / Production Coordinator – Packaging & Commercial Printing

Full-Time | Immediate Hiring

We are hiring an experienced Estimator / Production Coordinator for our printing division specializing in boxes, packaging materials, flyers, brochures, and commercial print products. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of packaging printing and production workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for carton boxes, packaging items, flyers, brochures, labels, and commercial print jobs.
  • Review client specifications, calculate material consumption (boards, papers, inks), and determine production/labour costs.
  • Coordinate daily production schedules for die-cutting, lamination, folding, gluing, and finishing processes.
  • Ensure artwork and job specifications are correct before releasing to production.
  • Assign jobs based on priority and follow up with each department to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate job updates to sales, design, and production teams.
  • Maintain job cards, production reports, and material usage logs.
  • Ensure print quality, colour accuracy, and finishing standards meet company and client expectations.
  • Identify delays or issues and coordinate solutions to keep production on track.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in printing estimation or production coordination, specifically in packaging/boxes and commercial printing.
  • Strong understanding of materials such as duplex boards, kraft, art paper, corrugated sheets, and finishing options.
  • Knowledge of production processes: die-cutting, creasing, lamination, folding, gluing, UV, varnish, binding, etc.
  • Ability to read artwork files, job specs, and production layouts.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Experience using MS Office; familiarity with MIS/ERP is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
