FOR EPC OIL & GAS COMPANY IN SYRIA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all commercial, contractual, and estimation activities across the company's EPC portfolio.
  • Manage pre- and post-contract phases including bid strategy, tender evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates, pricing models, and risk assessments for multi-million/billion-dollar EPC projects.
  • Oversee contract administration, claims management, and commercial risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals and profitability targets.
  • Establish commercial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in line with international standards.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial and estimation teams, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and efficiency.
  • Provide executive management with strategic insights, cost analyses, and market intelligence to support decision-making.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in EPC commercial and estimation management, with exposure to GCC, Europe, or USA markets.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, and Design-Build contract structures.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value bids and contracts in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • High proficiency in estimation software, cost control tools, and project management systems.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Syria
