Procurement Executive – Printing & Packaging

Full-Time | Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships for our printing and packaging division. The ideal candidate will ensure timely availability of high-quality materials while optimizing costs and supporting production schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase printing and packaging materials including papers, boards, films, foils, inks, laminates, adhesives, and finishing consumables.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and quality compliance.
  • Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
  • Prepare purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain procurement records, invoices, and stock reports.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in printing, packaging, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of printing and packaging materials.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/MIS knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
