Sales & Business Development Executive (E-Commerce)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to support our e-commerce fashion business. The role involves visiting supplier locations, sourcing new fashion products, building strong supplier relationships, onboarding new customers, and managing customer accounts to increase sales and brand visibility.
1. Supplier Management
- Visit supplier locations regularly to check new stock, product quality, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relations with suppliers in the fashion industry.
- Negotiate prices, order quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and source new fashion items based on current trends and customer demand.
- Ensure product details, photos, and specifications are collected accurately for upload
2. Customer Acquisition
- Search for and onboard new customers for e-commerce sales (online and wholesale).
- Promote new arrivals, offers, and trending fashion items to potential buyers.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Manage existing customer accounts by providing timely updates on products and offers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up messages.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through great communication and service.
- Monitor customer buying behavior and propose suitable products.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
- Prepare daily reports on supplier visits, new customers added, and sales activities.
- Track sales performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, supplier coordination, or e-commerce (preferred).
- Knowledge of fashion products and trends is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to supplier locations.
- Basic computer skills: WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce tools.
- Valid driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR1, QAR2,000.00 per month
