Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and creating effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market analysis, meeting sales targets, negotiating client contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing regular sales reports and staying updated on market trends to maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with experience in driving revenue growth and identifying new markets.
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, including the ability to establish strong connections and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to effectively pitch services and close deals.
  • Advanced organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Experience in consultancy, financial services, or business advisory is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
